Cartoons on the Bay team is already working on the next big edition and it’s time to think about the next year’s content of the festival promoted by Rai and organized by Rai Com, which brings together the best of the Italian and international animation scenario.
The 27th edition will be held in Pescara and the dates scheduled for the new ’23 edition are from 1st through 4th June 2023, which will again be in presence.
The categories of the prestigious Pulcinella Awards are confirmed, which are:
– Preschool TV series, dedicated to children aged 2 to 4 years
– Upper Preschool TV series, with a target of 4 to 6 years
– Kids TV series, for children aged 7 to 12
– New Adults, for young people aged 13 and over
– Works in Interactive Animation
– Live Action and/or Hybrid TV series
– TV series pilots
– Shorts films
– Feature films
Cartoons on the Bay is the festival dedicated to cinema, television and cross-media animation, and one of the major events in Europe.
